Mr. Al Mamun Azad, the Chairman of ETL, has over 25 years of experience in Bangladesh's real estate sector. Soon after earning his M. Com from the Faculty of Business Studies at University of Dhaka in 1999, he began his professional journey in the industry and provided impeccable service to renowned real estate companies of the country, showcasing strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and execution excellence.

To remain at the forefront of emerging developments, Mr. Azad actively participates in both national and international forums on real estate and innovation to stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the industry. His deep passion for the industry drives his vision to set new benchmarks through sustainable and innovative developments that shape the evolving skyline of Bangladesh.

02Vice Chairman

A. S. M. Ziaul Haque

Mr. Abu Saleh Md. Ziaul Haque, Vice Chairman of ETL, was born into a prominent family in Bangshal, Old Dhaka, a neighborhood known for its rich cultural and historical significance. With over 25 years of experience in Bangladesh's real estate sector, he has held leadership roles in several leading developers.

Mr. Haque began his career in the early 2000s and has developed expertise in land development, legal affairs, logistics, and public relations. His close work with government agencies, landowners, and clients has made him an all-round expert in real estate project execution. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geography and Environment from the University of Dhaka, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.

A strategic thinker and passionate team builder, Mr. Haque plays an instrumental role at ETL in strengthening operational foundations, fostering relationships, and guiding the company's long-term growth.

Shohel Rana

Mr. Shohel Rana brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate and construction sector, making him a seasoned professional and a dynamic leader in the industry. He has held key positions in several reputed companies where he played significant roles in project execution and team leadership.

He obtained his education from reputed institutions and has since applied his knowledge with consistency and integrity across every phase of real estate development. Known for his strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and hands-on leadership, Mr. Rana has earned the trust of clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.
