We work almost entirely through joint ventures with families who have held their land for generations — which means our reputation is settled long before a project is finished.
Every building begins with a soil investigation and an independent structural review. Specifications are fixed at contract stage and published to buyers, so what appears in the sample apartment is what arrives at handover.
